We are excited about this restaurant opening because food in Cuba, like in many other cultures, is a fundamental part of culture, identity and family. It is akin to a song or a smell- it can transport you immediately to another place and time. Like dance and music, it can also unify people. And Because music, dance, food and fun are so fundamental to the heartbeat of Cuba, I hope this space includes artists as much as possible!
